This function available only for registered patients. You can do it in the patient account -> Settings -> Account settings

You cannot remove rating/review. Any user may flag a review for moderation by the Site team by clicking the “flag” icon next to the review. See punct 2.1 of the Terms of use for patients

Immediately; however, sometimes our webpages are cached for a couple minutes, so you may need to wait a minute or two to see your rating show up.

If you created an account (accounts are not required for rating, so you may not have created one), login to it.

1. If you were logged into your account when you submitted the rating, you can edit your star rating in your profile only if provider sent you suggest to modify ratings and comment.

2. If you are added comment and ratings as not logged or not registered customer (case only for valid/exist email, when you added ratings and comment), then provider can send link with suggest to modify ratings and comment and you can modify ratings and comment as not logged or not registered customer

Comments should be about your personal outcome and/or customer-service related issues. New ratings are reviewed, and we reserve the right to remove comments or an entire rating. See punct 2.2 of the Terms of use for patients

As not registered customers and registered customers can rate Doctors. Please only rate doctors for whom you have first-hand knowledge. Also, please only rate your doctor ONCE. Rating more than once may result in ALL your ratings being removed.

It is most likely that no one has added him/her yet. Doctorhelps relies on our visitors to add their own doctors and ratings/reviews. You can add a doctor at any time.

Doctorhelps not only lists medical doctors but also includes ratings and reviews for dentists, naturopaths, chiropractors, psychologists, midwives, acupuncturists, nurse practitioners and many others. See All Medical Specialties.

Doctorhelps provides resources, reviews and ratings on doctors and health care facilities, allowing users to browse, rate and locate specialists in their area and get informed through other patient’s experiences and testimonials.

All categories are based on a 5 point rating system, with 5 stars being the best and 1 star being the poorest. The Overall Quality rating is the average of the category ratings. To rate a doctor or a facility you can search by name, city or country with the ‘Find a Doctor’ or ‘Find a Hospital’ search feature. If your doctor is already listed, just click their name in order to see their ratings and rate them.

This function available only for registered and verify your account doctors. Only as your confirm that you owner of doctor account, you can delete profile from site. You can do it in the doctor account -> Settings -> Account settings

For it go to Register/Update Doctor Profile page and select "Register New Profile"

Doctors can claim and edit profiles by clicking on the “Add/Update Doctor Profile” button located at the top of page. Doctors who claims their profiles may correct or update the business information about themselves and their practice that appears in the profile. More info punct 1.2 Terms of use for doctors
